Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal, commonly known as Prachanda, obtained a vote of confidence from the House of Representatives (HoR) during a session.
The resolution garnered support from 157 lawmakers, demonstrating a majority in his favor, while 110 lawmakers opposed it, with one abstention.
This result was achieved with the participation of 268 out of the 275 members of the HoR in the vote, exceeding the necessary threshold of 138 votes for a majority.
